Theodor Fahrner Filigree Pendant*
Item Description
Silver gilt pendant by Theodor Fahrner from their filigree range of jewellery dating from the 1930’s.
Intricately made with every component individually soldered and showing very fine detail.
Set with a central faceted citrine which is surrounded by a rope patterned silver gilt ring.
A pleasing and typically Art Deco outline with the filigree design extended to include the surface of the integral bale.
Marked on the reverse with the Fahrner maker’s mark and 925 for the silver content.
The pendant, which has a length of a fraction below 5 cm, is suspended on a fine silver gilt chain with a figure-of-eight pattern that is approximately 48 cm long.
