Silver Gilt, Enamel and Ivorine Pendant*
Item Description
Large and ornate silver-gilt pendant decorated with enamels and little red and green stones, surrounding a gilt framed profile portrait of a young woman wearing a draped robe.
Super detail, some of the leaves with a gilded finish and others, along with little flowers, being enamelled, all interspersed with tiny collet set stones.
Further stones are arranged in two rows immediately below the portrait and the pendant is completed with seven little pearl drops.
Suspended from the original dedicated bale, the total length being just a fraction over 6 cm.
Very much in the style of Fuset y Grau Joyeros of Barcelona who were prominent jewellers in that city in the early 1900’s.
The silver necklace chain has a length of 46 cm.
