Silver, Chrysoprase and Blister Pearl Earrings
Item Description
Fine pair of Arts & Crafts silver earrings set with green chrysoprase cabochons and blister pearls.
Crafted in two sections, the main element with an approximately boat-shaped outline, its beaded edge enclosing a dark background design with a detail of little silver balls and lightly gilded rounded strips of silver. Between each of these are set the green stones and contrasting light coloured pearls.
This is suspended on a couple of links beneath a smaller, stylised flower shaped section in the centre of which sits a single random shaped blister pearl.
Fitted with wires for pierced ears, the earrings measure 8 cm in length including the visible part of the wire. The length of the decorative sections is 7 cm.
