Murrle Bennett Silver and Enamel Pendant
Item Description
An Art Nouveau silver pendant by Murrle Bennett & Co. enamelled in varying shades of blue with just a suggestion of green.
Somewhat shield-shaped and nicely contoured with the enamelled areas divided by sweeping lines of silver and an individual looking stylised foliate detail.
Suspended below is a instantly recognizable Murrle Bennett enamelled drop.
In good condition – the dark areas showing on the central silver area in our photos is purely reflection.
Just a fraction over 5 cms. long, including the bale and the drop, with the silver necklace chain measuring 42.5 cms.
