Rare Charles Horner Pendant Necklace*
Item Description
Unusual and almost certainly rare Art Nouveau pendant necklace from Charles Horner that we’ve not come across before.
Somewhat Newlyn in style and large in size with a half-moon shaped central area vividly and deeply enamelled in shades of blue.
The convex enamelled plaque is is framed with sinuous silver wirework, detailed with a silver ball at the top and another forming the drop.
Suspended on two short chains which connect to the necklace chain.
Marked C.H and with a Chester hallmark for the year 1908, the pendant is just under 5 cm wide. The necklace chain is approximately 43 cm long.
