Item Description
Art Nouveau brooch from the workshops of Murrle Bennett & Co. dating from the early 1900’s.
With a real Liberty look and a distinct nod towards Archibald Knox, this is an elegantly eye-catching design with sweeping lines combined with an openness of look.
Set in the centre is a shaped turquoise matrix stone that contrasts so well with the gold that surrounds and sweeps across it.
Clearly marked on the back and with a width just the merest fraction below 4 cms.
