Jugendstil Silver and Coral Pendant
Item Description
German Jugendstil pendant marked for 900 silver in an openwork foliate design within an offset pear-shaped outline.
At the base is a row of pink coral beads simulating beans in an pod that has burst open.
Very three dimensional and on a hand made chain with long links that simply fits over the head, there being no clasp.
There is a maker’s mark on the back but unfortunately we haven’t been able to identify it.
The pendant, including its bale, is 6.5 cms. long with the necklace chain measuring approximately 60 cms.
