Flying Scarab Pendant from Charles Horner
Item Description
Silver and enamel winged scarab pendant necklace by Charles Horner bearing a Chester hallmark for the year 1905.
The body and wings are colourfully enamelled in shades of dark and light blue together with a little green towards the leading edges of the wings, with the same mix of colours repeated on the suspender and the drop.
Impressed with the C.H maker’s mark just above the hallmark and measuring 6 cms. long including the suspender and the drop.
The necklace chain is approximately 48 cms. in length.
