Arts & Crafts Silver and Moonstone Pendant Necklace*
Item Description
Arts & Crafts silver pendant necklace of unusual design with a strikingly individual look.
Crafted in three distinct parts, the main element comprising an ornately detailed upright oval shape, set on each of three sides with a large oval moonstone with pairs of smaller stones set in between.
This is suspended on a couple of links below a shaped wirework detail set with a circular moonstone at its top.
Finally, at the foot of the pendant hangs a fine elongated moonstone forming the drop.
The Arts & Crafts silver necklace chain, which is approximately 40 cm long, is threaded through a beaded bale and the length from this to the bottom of the drop is a touch over 9 cm.
Dating from the early 1900’s.
