Arts & Crafts Necklace with Gemstones*
Item Description
Splendidly designed and made Arts & Crafts silver and gemstone necklace.
Comprising ornate open silverwork with a design of little leaves and berries. Beneath the ornate suspender with its two lapis cabochons set either side of a faceted amethyst, the central element displays a larger lapis framed by a beaded silver border.
Finished with a trio of drops, each set with different gemstones including chrysoprase, moss agate and amethyst.
The chain is original, still with its S-type hook clasp.
As is so often the case, there is no maker’s mark but the quality is clear to see.
Around 11 cm long with the chain measuring 48 cm.
