Ornate Arts & Crafts Silver & Enamel Necklace
Item Description
Early 1900’s Arts & Crafts festoon necklace crafted in silver comprising a series of circular discs of differing sizes set at intervals amongst the ornate chainwork.
At the foot hang a pair of enamelled witches hearts, one on each side of a central drop set with mother-of-pearl.
All bar two of the enamelled elements are counter enamelled on the back.
Not easy to measure in view of the complexity of the design but the central part is just under 9 cms. long including the drop. The fully opened out length is 42 cms.
