Artificer’s Guild Bracelet*
Item Description
Beautifully made Arts & Crafts silver and gold bracelet that, although unmarked, is firmly attributed to the Artificer’s Guild under the leadership of Edward Spencer.
Crafted primarily in silver, the bracelet comprises ten alternately oval and circular components linked on very short lengths of chain. The slightly longer ovals are finely decorated with tiny flowers and leaves in gold and set with ruby cabochons, the clasp showing a cluster of three smaller rubies.
Between each of these, the circles are set with blister pearls framed within a very finely beaded gold border.
Superb craftsmanship throughout and with the added security of a fitted safety chain.
Somewhat difficult to measure accurately owing to the safety chain restricting full opening, but approximately 17.5 cm in length.
