Art Nouveau Gold, Sapphire & Pearl Brooch
Item Description
Circular Art Nouveau gold brooch featuring a stylised five petalled flower in the centre.
The gold stem of the flower, with its finely textured surface finish, twists and turns at the foot, eventually to rise on each side and completely encircle it.
Five baroque pearls form the petals with a pink sapphire in the centre.
Early 1900’s with no marks but the gold tests as 15 ct.
The diameter is 2.5 cms.
