Victorian 9 ct. Gold Necklace
Item Description
Late Victorian necklace in 9 ct. gold with the central section housing a faceted peridot within a gold frame.
Below this is a pair of staggered and very long drops, each with a line of graduated baroque pearls, culminating in tassels of gold chains with smaller pearls at their foot.
Baroque pearls are also attached at regular intervals all along the necklace chain.
This rather eye-catching necklace is 9.5 cms. in length including the oval peridot setting, with the remainder of the chain measuring 44 cms.
